We are seeking a Support Worker to join our Central Coast Lifestyles Program. This role involves delivering personalised support to clients with disabilities, assisting them with personal care and activities, and promoting independence and community engagement.
Job Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality support services to clients with disabilities
* Assisting clients with daily living tasks and personal care
* Encouraging clients to engage in community activities and promote social connections
* Transporting clients in your own vehicle
As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide holistic support to our clients. You will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities and contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Requirements
* Previous experience in disability support or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum)
