We are currently recruiting for two specific support roles:
Employment Support Supervisor -
Use your experience as a Support Worker to provide leadership and guidance to a team of Supported Employees, assisting them to develop job readiness and life skills. This role is based primarily within our Op Shop and Donations area, where you will supervise daily operations, manage donations, and engage with customers in a respectful, tolerant, and courteous manner.
The Employment Support Supervisor role is fast-paced and hands-on. You will support Supported Employees to work safely and effectively while ensuring operational requirements are met. Job rotation is a non-negotiable requirement of this position, and you will be expected to work across all areas of Employment Support Services.
These areas may include, but are not limited to:
• Op Shop and Donations
• Commercial Services
• Laundry
• Car Wash
• Pick-ups and Deliveries
• Return and Earn
This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead by example while supporting people to achieve their employment and personal development goals.
SIL Support Worker -
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Support Worker to join our team, with a specific focus on supporting participants within our Supported Independent Living (SIL) home. The successful candidate will be required to work across a rotating roster, including active shifts and sleepover support, and to consistently deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
Applicants must hold current evidence of medication training, which is essential for this role. Previous experience working within a SIL setting or a similar disability support environment is highly regarded.

We are looking for proactive, hands-on individuals who are confident engaging in day-to-day support activities and who consistently demonstrate a positive, professional, and respectful approach in their work.
Selection Criteria - Essential:
1. Current NDIS Workers Screening Check
2. Cert III Individual Support
3. Current First Aid Certificate or commitment to obtain
4. Current NSW Driver's licence
5. Demonstrated high level emotional intelligence and empathy skills
6. Demonstrated commitment to work according to policy and maintain compliance as required
7. Excellent customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate assertively in challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
8. Comprehension of issues relevant to people with disabilities or vulnerabilities
9. Experience in roles that have demanded proactivity and a solution focused approach
1. Current evidence of medication training (SIL Support Worker role only)
Selection Criteria - Preferred:
1. Drivers Licence, with LR or MR considered advantageous.
2. Disability and/or Not for Profit experience or knowledge.
3. Comprehension of the NDIS National Disability Standards.
4. Experience in the customer service/retail sector or with previous trade knowledge.
