With many satisfied clients our business is growing. We are looking for Service Techs, Commercial fridge pipe installers and even solid apprentices that may be looking for that new place to call home. We need People to work on our commercial projects installing Pipe (Mech plumbers are also ok) and we are looking to grow our service and maintenance department around our existing customer base and expand on that so we need Refrigeration mechanics that are an A player with proven experience in these areas. If you are a skilled service technician, maybe with a desire to take on more responsibility in the future, the option is also there. If you are an Experienced commercial pipe installer we have 6 months of work booked already and need Tradesmen to step onto these sites. We stand behind being a great place to work and I've included the benefits we offer for the right person:
• Earn $44 -$50 per hour – we pay top rates (depending on what you bring to the table).
• A $1000 sign-on bonus – to reward you because you'll be a top class tradesman and we know there can be costs with shifting jobs or towns
• Company vehicle for all qualified service techs or self sufficient apprentices
• Safety gear, boots and uniform provided

• Exposure to a wide variety of interesting and challenging work, which will develop your skills and experience. You certainly won't be stuck doing the same thing day after day
We're careful about who we hire. We have to be to maintain and develop our team culture. Here's what we'd like to see from you.
• Dont be afraid to be yourself, have fun with the crew and choose your level of involvement socially.
• Be an Australian Registered Refrigeration Mechanic(or experience as a mechanical plumber)
• Have a clean full Driver's license.
• Be prepared for a Police Clearance and a Working With Kids check for some of our clients workplaces.
• Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices.
• Honest and trustworthy.
• Experience with both residential, construction and maintenance work would help.
• Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.
• Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.
