About the Role
We're looking for a Remuneration & Benefits Lead to help deliver competitive, equitable, and engaging reward strategies that support our people and business goals.
In this role you will drive our cyclical processes, including short- and long-term incentive schemes and annual reviews—joining a team that's passionate about Restaurants Done Better.
Duties include but are not limited to;
Develop and implement performance and reward initiatives aligned with business goals.
Develop, implement and administer short term incentive programs, including corporate incentive scheme, role specific bonus structures and quarterly restaurant bonus plans across all regions.
Manage and administer long term incentive programs, including equity-based structures and employee share plans, liaising with key external consultants and share scheme administrators.
Design and oversee the end-to-end remuneration review processes across all regions
Conduct remuneration benchmarking for non-executive employee populations across all regions.
Provide support to the Head of People Services as required, in the management of Executive Remuneration as required.
Design and manage job architecture frameworks to support effective reward outcomes.
Manage and oversee benefits programs and the Superannuation Committee, ensuring compliance and alignment with company policies.
Act as the remuneration subject matter expert, providing advice and support to the HR team and other stakeholders as required.
Undertake regular governance review processes to ensure market competitiveness for both brand and support centre employees across all regions.
Provide input and support the completion of monthly, quarterly and ad hoc people and/or legislative reporting.
About you
Demonstrated experience in remuneration and benefits management
Advanced knowledge and capability in Microsoft Excel
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Experience with HRIS platforms
Previous experience in a Retail or QSR environment advantageous
