Why This Role Matters
In this role, you will:
* Deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support that respects each client’s dignity, independence, and unique needs
* Assist with complex daily supports including personal care, mobility, mealtime assistance, and structured activities aligned to care plans
* Support individuals with behavioural, cognitive, emotional, or psychosocial complexities
* Work collaboratively with families, nurses, and allied health professionals to achieve positive outcomes
* Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a safe, structured environment that promotes consistency and high-quality care
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience in, or is willing to learn, complex care supports such as manual handling, PEG/enteral feeding, medication assistance, and dysphagia/mealtime support (full training provided)
* Is available to work a variety of shifts, including active/awake shifts
* Is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (if required) and NDIS Worker Screening clearance
* Has full working rights in Australia
* Holds a valid P2 or Open driver’s licence and has access to a reliable, insured vehicle
* Is willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
* Brings a calm, professional approach and a strong commitment to safe, respectful care
