As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering our client to achieve their goals and independent living.
Key Responsibilities:
* Disability Support Workers with Disability certification and experience.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons and weekends.
* Reliable transportation (desirable)
Responsibilities:
* Provide emotional support and companionship to our client
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation and household chores
* Encourage and support our clients to participate in community activities and social events
* Develop and implement personalised support plans to meet our client's needs and goals
