Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to join our team. As a Youth Justice Worker, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting young people in custody.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Creating a safe and secure environment for both staff and young people.
2. Helping young people establish healthy routines and work to a daily structure.
3. Redirecting anti-social and challenging behaviour to the standards expected by the community.
4. Responding to incidents as they occur.
5. Helping young people develop positive family and peer relationships.
