The South West Aboriginal Medical Service is seeking a Social Services Coordinator to coordinate the delivery of social and emotional wellbeing activities.
This role will involve leading a team of around 10 members and providing leadership in the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs. The successful candidate will have experience in planning, delivery, and evaluation of health programs and a well-developed understanding of services delivery in a community setting.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving health and wellbeing outcomes for Aboriginal communities and have relevant qualifications or experience in mental health, social services, or a related field.
