The Role
Our client is currently looking to hire an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Directors and a team of Advisors, Accountants and Bookkeepers. Your prior experience working within a varied and busy professional office will assist you be a true partner to the Directors you support. High level attention to detail, organizational skills, an ability to work autonomously as well as handling multiple needs that come your way on a daily basis are key requirements of the person taking on this position.
Key Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To:
* Reviewing and amending processes and procedures to make the office more efficient on a day to day basis
* Day-to-day diary management including scheduling meetings
* Creating and formatting proposals and presentations
* Preparing letters, reports and high-level formatting
* Client database administration
* Working closely with marketing team on event management and organization
* Team support with ad-hoc requests daily
* General office support as required such as answering phone calls and document management
* Various other administration tasks as required.
To Be Considered You Will Have
* Minimum 3 years' experience working in a similar position within and accounting, financial planning or legal firm
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint
* Excellent soft skills and high-level attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills and a desire for tasks to be undertaken efficiently
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize conflicting deadlines on behalf of Directors and the team
* A positive "can do" attitude, friendly nature, flexibility, initiative and a strong work ethic
* A strong sense of accountability
