Connect2Care delivers community-based allied health services nationwide as a registered NDIS provider — and we're growing fast. We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, engage, and retain top healthcare talent while creating an exceptional candidate experience.

Your Role
You'll be a key face of Connect2Care, representing our brand and values. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Your responsibilities include:
* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across key roles
* Managing job postings across job boards and social platforms
* Utilising a broad range of recruitment channels, tools & strategies
* Building and maintaining internal talent pools
* Coordinating recruitment events, open days, and exposSupporting external partners including agency partnerships with recruitment queries
* Understanding streams of access, including migration pathways and clinical registration bodies
* Liaising with Connect2Care staff members to discuss job availabilities, roles, etc.
* Reporting on recruitment activity and outcomes
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have or be able to obtain:
* A qualification in Human Resources or a related field
* Experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist (healthcare experience highly desirable)
* Strong IT literacy, including experience with HRIS/ATS systems
* Comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies
* Police Check and International Police Check (if you have lived overseas)
