Job Title: Customer Service Professional - Help Desk
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to assist on the helpdesk of a busy help line.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide advice and assistance to customers in attending and resolving their enquiries.
* Accurately record customer/stakeholder details, issues, feedback, and complaints.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the helpdesk information systems, practices, documents, and manuals.
* Provide publications, brochures, forms, and other technical information to customers and offer accurate advice relating to content.
* Build and maintain professional and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing a responsive and accurate information service.
* Build and enhance working relationships with team members and external stakeholders and across the business.
Requirements:
* Prior administrative experience within a government organisation.
* Previous helpdesk or call centre experience.
* Excellent & clear communication skills are essential for this role.
* A current national police clearance.
What You'll Get:
* An initial 6-month temporary position, with possible extension.
* 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, with 1 rostered Saturday shift every 8 weeks.
