This is a full time permanent role based in our Hays Brisbane office and commencing immediately.

Responsibilities
Conducting sales calls to create and further develop relationships with businesses who we currently deal with and identifying new business opportunities
Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews
Part of a team who are driven to work hard but know when to have fun
Working with diverse, high calibre customers, accelerating your understanding of the world of work
Identifying and building partnerships with new clients and candidates
Providing outstanding service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships
Handling the full recruitment process - from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job
