The Role
The Receptionist role supports all areas of Wathaurong through the provision of professional front‑of‑house medical reception administrative duties and the maintenance of record systems. The position focuses on providing an efficient, accurate, culturally safe, and welcoming entry point for visiting community members at the Health Services Clinic, Administration office and Family Services office.
The role of the receptionist is not limited to only assisting community members but involves supporting clinical and non‑clinical staff management in the daily administration of service and program delivery. You will be trained across both our medical systems and administration systems to allow you to seamlessly move between the different areas of Wathaurong.
