**About the Role**
Working within the National Service Desk team you will:
- Deliver tech support to our local and remote teams
- Support and resolve tickets related to software and hardware issues
- Contribute to exciting IT projects across different areas of our business
- Problem solve, think creatively and look for opportunities that will enable us to work more effectively and efficiently.
**About You**
You communicate confidently with others and pride yourself on delivering great customer service in every interaction. You're cool under pressure and can manage your work to ensure that high priority items are addressed with a sense of urgency.
- You have previous experience in an IT Desktop/Helpdesk support role
- You have completed study in an ICT related field
- You're confident working with systems like Office 365, Dynamics 365 and Document Management Systems
- You have a current Drivers Licence
