**Our Client**

Initially, this role will commence as a 2-3 month temporary opportunity.
**Position Description**
- Act as the first line contact for existing client enquiries.
- Coordinate changes to the staff client schedule so that services are
provided in an uninterrupted, consistent manner.
- Complete administration duties related to client admission, transition,
alterations and discharge according to organisational process and systems
- Monitor that services are provided in line with client expectations, budgets
and legislative guidelines.
- Accurately and objectively document activities and client services to ensure
the effective communication of client needs, preferences, activities and
charges.
- Manage team documentation and communication systems in line with
legislation, industry guidelines and organisational processes.
**Profile**
As an ideal applicant you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar admin role
- Proven ability to think and plan logically with excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability and strong desire to ensure clients are in receipt of exceptional
service standards.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.
- A clear, pleasant, professional and confident manner coupled with a genuine
customer service focus.
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment including
the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Compliance: Current Police Clearance
**Opportunity**
This role MUST commence immediately, and therefore notice periods over 24 hours will not be accepted.
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm (1/2 hr lunch)
