We welcome every style, from classical and jazz to country, rock’n’roll, and popular hits from the 1930s onwards. It’s all about creating joyful, memorable moments together! We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of people cared for by HammondCare. HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
