We are recruiting Graduate Physiotherapists to support the growth of WA Health Group. We have multiple new positions available at our Central and South of the River clinics. Our graduate program is delivered by industry experts delivering supportive training and systems designed to provide patient centered high value care.

We are #forwardthinking and offer rehabilitation packages for group classes, 3D scanned orthotics, shock wave therapy, real time ultrasound and telehealth to support and inspire clients to journey towards being happier and healthier.
An opportunity exists for multiple new graduate Physiotherapists who are #passionate about serving clients. You will value our #innovative allied health model and assist clients to access care of our team to treat and prevent health problems.
The role requires:
* You to be a confident communicator with the skills to develop quick rapport and strong therapeutic relationships with clients
* The application of a client-centric biopsychosocial approach to your consultations and all follow up care using the clinical translational framework
* The use of health coaching principles to motivate and manage client care
* Develop a personal brand and promote yourself amongst our health group and the local community
* You want to niche into an area of community Physiotherapy
* You may be considering your Masters in Physiotherapy in the future
WA Health Group #cares about you and our team’s development, and offers you group professional development opportunities, monthly growth coaching with clinic owners, clinical mentoring with titled Physiotherapists and social events throughout the year.
You will build your personal brand and client list and be confident with conducting group exercise classes (e.g. clinical Pilates, GLAD and functional strength group).
You will be offered a professional development allowance of $1000 per annum to facilitate your career growth. You will demonstrate clinical competency through recognised university training and registration, and a strong desire to grow and nurture a caseload.
Remuneration is offered on a salary basis, with full leave entitlements and a bonus structure. There will be a probationary period for the role with permanency for high performing team players. You will be offered a clear career pathway based on your career goals, and WA Health Groups growth plan.
