Join us as a Diabetes Educator and help deliver person‐centred, culturally responsive diabetes support across our communities.
About the Role
* Deliver high‐quality diabetes education to individuals, families, and groups.
* Provide outreach services to rural and remote communities.
* Build strong partnerships with GPs, Aboriginal Health Services and other stakeholders.
* Support clients through coordinated, multidisciplinary care.
* Mentor students and contribute to best‐practice models.
* Use your expertise to improve accessibility and health outcomes for priority populations.

What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Dietetics, Podiatry, Pharmacy, or Exercise Physiology.
* Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education (or willingness to obtain).
* ADAE credentialing (or working towards it).
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across cultures.
* Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent organisational and digital skills.
* Current Driver's Licence.
Desirable
* Experience in rural health, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, telehealth, health promotion or research.
