Sporting the dual crown of Australia's oldest dairy and Australia's most innovative dairy, Brownes Dairy has an opportunity within our Logistics Department as a Shift Manager in our Distribution Centre.
Community is at the heart of what we do as we collect over 120 million litres of milk each year from more than 40 dairy farming families located in WA's pristine Southwest region.

Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Chilled Distribution Centre (CDC) ensuring our teams are set up for success to deliver on time and in full.
Review and investigate receivals, picking, replenishment and despatch on a regular basis to improve accuracy and efficiency
Optimise utilisation of labour through efficient management and equipment use
Internal and external stakeholder management
Lead and participate in Health and Safety initiatives
Monitor and manage the preventative maintenance programme for mobile equipment and other assets
Ensure the Chilled Distribution Centre achieves targeted efficiencies
Qualifications
Requirements:
Experience in multi-site warehousing with FMCG products
Strong experience using Warehouse Management Computer Systems
Proven experience in a leadership role
