This opportunity involves working with our Employment and Safety team as a Legal Assistant, supporting high-performing legal professionals on employment matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and forms;
* Preparing briefs to barristers and investigators;
* Liaising with barristers, clients, partners, lawyers, and other staff members;
* Creating and managing files, including file management, opening, closing, and archiving;
* Time recording and preparing month-end bills;
* Diary management;
* Undertaking general office duties as required.
About You
You will:
* Have advanced knowledge of MS Word for Windows and PowerPoint;
* Demonstrate excellent communication and written skills;
* Show proficient typing skills.
