Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated IT professional to provide technical support services to our staff across Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of ITIL, record keeping and documentation practices, as well as strong communication skills to provide excellent customer support experience.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide technical assistance to Radiologists, Technologists and Administration staff through the service desk and onsite support
* Collaborate with other IT professionals on IT related projects and initiatives
* Support clinical reporting applications and participate in special projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Familiarity with PC (Windows), mobile (Android, iOS) environments and Microsoft products such as Windows 10, Office 365
* Experience with Linux, Ubuntu, VMware, Cisco and relative corporate level technologies
* Knowledge of helpdesk ticketing software and radiology applications such as RIS and PACS
* Strong problem solving skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of business
