Reporting to the Managing Director your responsibilities will be:
* Draft and refine materials for proposals, quotations, and bids
* Organize frameworks, set schedules, and ensure deadlines are met
* Assemble and oversee submission of final documents
* Ensure proposals are accurate and compliant with requirements
* Maintain customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up
* Apply strategic thinking to create targeted solutions for clients
* Monitor bid team progress and communicate opportunities
* Revise templates and materials, and participate in conferences as needed
* Promote new features and additional services to customers
* Update CRM records, compile reports, and handle order processing
* Prepare professional responses to tenders and RFQs
* Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers
* Ensure proposals meet high standards for accuracy and presentation
* Develop pricing schedules and complete technical sections of bids
* Collaborate with project management and supply chain teams for customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* 4+ years' experience in marketing, technical, or journalism writing (technology industry preferred)
* Technica Bid Writing with an understanding of RFID technology would be desirable
* Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
* Strong Work Ethic and ability to work with others
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, proposal management software (e.g., Loopio), NetSuite, and HubSpot
* Ability to translate technical information into compelling marketing copy
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
