Our client, a steel frame manufacturer based in Dandenong South, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join their team.
Position Details
* Hourly pay rate: $37.13 per hour
* Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
* 8:00am - 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Process supplier invoices and purchase orders
* Allocate general ledger codes and maintain accurate records
* Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations
* Generate customer invoices
* Process fortnightly payroll
* Review and approve timesheets in Tanda
* Manage employee leave records and staff hours
Must Have:
* Previous experience in accounts payable, payroll, or administration
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
