the role 
Reporting to the Network Operations Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to support the Service Network through achieving customer satisfaction. 
This role will see you responsible for; 
- Providing administrative support
- Managing and updating service orders
- Updating service order status
- Ensuring system data is accurate
- Order management
- Supporting recent system/function implementation
- Liaising with Service Managers and Service Centres
- Monitoring to ensure providers are complying with company processes and procedures
- Creating ad hoc reports and case studies to identify areas of improvement
