Seeking a Senior Systems Specialist to optimize payroll and HRIS environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with complex payroll systems, proven expertise in data integrations, and analytics to ensure reliability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Ongoing optimization of Chris21 payroll system for improved efficiency.
* Ensuring seamless data integration between various systems for accurate analytics.
The successful candidate must possess:
1. A strong background in payroll operations, preferably with an Australian health organization context.
Extensive experience with complex HRIS environments
including integration with multiple third-party tools such as accounting packages.
Strong expertise in SQL development (plsql or t-sql) is required.
The ability to analyze business processes critically,
latterly deliver strategic recommendations on modernization is highly preferred The selected individual shall also be able to work effectively
decisively make sound judgement based solely upon available information The CIO must exercise independent thought regarding long-term planning.
