Tessa's on the Beach is a boutique hotel located in Bilinga, QLD. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to lead the strategic and day‐to‐day operations of our unique beachside property. This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in hospitality, is passionate about guest experience, and has the commercial acumen to drive performance across all departments.About the Role Reporting directly to the Hotel Owner, the Hotel Manager is accountable for the overall operational, financial, and people performance of the hotel.
