We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Assistant to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively assist the Project Manager in overseeing project operations.
Key responsibilities include coordinating project activities, maintaining contract documents, and preparing project schedules. A strong background in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required for this position, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing project finances, implementing quality control and safety procedures, and resolving project-specific issues. Possessing LEED certification(s) and experience managing multiple projects at various stages within their lifecycle is highly valued. Additionally, the ability to drive a safety-first mindset and foster a team culture that aligns with our mission and values is essential.
