About the Role

We're seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to expand our footprint by identifying and onboarding new partners, securing retail relationships, and developing collaborations that align with our mission to make plant care simple.


Your Responsibilities

* Prospect and build lead lists – Research and identify potential retail stores, marketplace partners, and other business opportunities.
* Cold outreach & follow-ups – Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to introduce Willow, pitch our offering, and generate interest.
* Sales & closing deals – Convert leads into customers by understanding their needs, handling objections, and finalising agreements.
* CRM & data management – Log outreach activities in our CRM to maintain an organised and efficient sales process.
* Market insights – Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and improve outreach.
* Collaboration – Work closely with the wider team to develop collateral and provide feedback/learnings.
