We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Customer Support Representative - Parts Interpreter. In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and provide assistance with all queries related to parts sales, orders, and deliveries.
Your primary responsibilities will include processing parts quotes and orders, managing critical orders and backorders, and providing support to internal departments as needed. Additionally, you will interpret and source parts from local and OEM vendors.
