We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team in delivering speech pathology services to NDIS participants. This is a part-time position from 20 hours/week, with flexibility to select your own hours and days.
The successful candidate will have excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as a proactive attitude and motivation to learn from new ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
* Deliver speech pathology services to participants within schools, homes and the community
* Use clinical observations, standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that help participants achieve their goals
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
* Mentor graduates and early career clinicians
