Your Role
As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process while providing outstanding assistance and information throughout their stay. Your professionalism and attention to detail will play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Where you’ll make an impact
- Greet guests warmly and professionally at all arrival points and during their stay.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Assist guests with inquiries about activities, entertainment, and amenities, providing expert recommendations.
- Coordinate with other departments to manage arrivals, departures, and special guest requests.
- Maintain guest accounts, post transactions accurately, and ensure payment limits are adhered to.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
- Provide support with after-hours reservations when necessary, using product knowledge to secure bookings.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the patience to work effectively with team members. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently are essential in this role.
To be successful, you will need
- A minimum of 3-6 months of previous experience in a Front Office role is essential preferably within a luxury or high-end property.
- A strong team player with excellent collaboration skills who can work effectively with colleagues across departments.
- Excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to shifts and rostered work with ease.
