We’re looking for a Project Manager to work on large scale civil projects ranging from $2m - $80m with a focus on subdivision projects.

Key responsibilities will be:
* Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance.
* Accountable for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.
* Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance.
* Manage and maintain client relationships.
* Responsible for the coordination and performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment
* Coaching, mentoring and training of relevant staff and addressing and resolving any performance issues.
About you
* Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) - desirable but not essential
* Previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded
* Strong skills in managing client relationships.
* Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors.
* Exceptional people management abilities.
