* Refine enterprise practices —tune scheduling, finance and resource models so they serve the program (not the other way round).
* Lead & mentor a high-performing crew of PMO Managers and Analysts; grow tomorrow's talent while shipping today's milestones.
* Drive insight —combine data, storytelling and plain-English comms to keep C-suite sponsors one step ahead.
* Champion improvement —embed lessons learned, uplift tooling and automate where it matters.
* Keep calm —your poise under pressure sets the tone when the stakes (and budgets) spike.
