They already have several national customers like United Rentals, John Deere, JCB, Brooks Hire, just to name a few.
The goal now is to target the earthmoving dealerships within your designed area and look to really build this market.
You will be fully support by senior management but we really need proven Sales professional that doesn't need their hand held and has done this before and understands what to do from day 1.
With several new product releases and global projects underway we need to have the excitement and passion to get behind the OEM products and push this into all the earthmoving dealerships.
Job Opportunity –As mentioned above I really need a proven Sales business development manager that knows and has relationships with the major Earthmoving equipment dealers like Case Construction, Porter Equipment, Hitachi, Komatsu, CJD Volvo and the lists goes on and on.
This role is all about expanding and growing the current state of play.
The Senior management team are really wanting to sell more attachments as well as grow market share and build the brand of the business in the Australian market.
They already have a few customers that are on board and have purchased several attachments which are in use as of today on major civil construction and quarry sites.
Your role will be to build relationships with the Sales reps in each business and look to support your product lines when the reps sell the machinery to customers.
You will package your attachment into the build price.
There is a lot of hard work ahead on this role and you will be involved in all aspects from product management and support, technical training, Network development, strategy and development, marketing, Sales, Negotiating contracts, Tenders and submissions, Territory management, Supplier agreements.
This role and opportunity is what you make of it.
They have several staff based in Dandenong that will support and provide the administration and commercial support.
We are really looking for someone with proven credentials and experience within this level of dealership sales.
Products & Attachments – Rock Breakers – 138kg to 4269kgs Tooling Undercarriage Track links, Sprockets, Track Guards, rollers, Idlers, Shoes.
Earthmoving attachments Location – You will be based at the Dandenong Office unless you on the road.
This role will have a high travel throughout your designated territory.
Candidate Reequipments – 5 + Years in Selling Earthmoving Attachment's or Machinery Great relationship with the Earthmoving Dealerships throughout NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, TAS Fluid Power Experience Willingness to travel extensively Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong Administration and reporting exp Salary Package – Base Salary - $130,000 Superannuation – 11.5% Car Allowance - $16,500 – Inc Fuel Uncapped Com 2% on Every sale Paid Monthly Coms Paid Quartey Phone & Laptop Future for Australia – In talking about this role, The CEO has said he would like to find someone that can take the business to the next level and beyond.
