Join our dynamic team as an ES/Payroll Support Officer, where you'll deliver top-notch customer service and support across Employee Services and Payroll. As part of our Centre Support Team, you'll be at the core of this mission, supporting our centre teams to create impactful, high-quality early learning experiences. Your work will help shape the future, ensuring every child gets the best start in life. 
**Your Impact**: 
Your role is crucial in documenting requests, resolving issues, and ensuring service excellence while adhering to the Privacy Act. 
You'll also assist in developing FAQs, complete outbound calls, and contribute to the team's success by meeting performance targets and delivering exceptional service every step of the way.

**You'll bring to the table**: 
Passionate about delivering great customer service 
Energy, enthusiasm and empathy 
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people 
Exceptional listening skills 
Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative 
Attention to detail 
Good problem analysis and resolution skills 
Minimum 6 months inbound customer service experience.
