About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional with corporate finance experience or a strong foundation in business advisory, who is looking to take their career to the next level. Our ideal candidate will have approximately 3 years of experience in accounting roles and be CA qualified or working towards CA qualifications.
The successful candidate will assist in conducting financial due diligence, developing robust financial models, budgets, and forecasts, as well as providing strategic business advice to shape our clients' futures.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in business sales and acquisitions, including financial due diligence
* Conduct business valuations that drive critical decision-making
* Develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts
* Support strategic business investigations and analysis
* Prepare covenant reporting to commercial banks
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
* Approximately 3 years of experience in an accounting role
* CA qualified or working towards CA qualifications
* Proficient in MS Excel and financial modelling
* Ability to interpret financial statements
