Accountabilities Respond to all allegations of privacy violations.
Conduct investigations of privacy incidents involving members, providers, and employees.
Analyze data, contract terms, and documentation to substantiate privacy allegations.
Apply regulatory and contractual requirements to the case investigation process.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns in privacy violations.
Conduct interviews to gather evidence and additional insights.
Compile, report, and present privacy incidents to regulatory agencies.
Maintain documentation integrity for privacy incidents.
Prepare reports for the Board of Directors as necessary.
Develop and maintain relationships with key business units.
Requirements 5 years of healthcare experience required.
Bachelor's degree required, preferred graduate degree.
Fluent in Spanish.
Proven investigatory skills.
Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
