About The Opportunity
Join the vibrant team at Cardinia Cultural Centre as a Casual Front of House Supervisor. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient venue operations while providing exceptional customer service.
You will make an impact by
* Supervising the duties of casual ushers.
* Providing customer service at the front counter and by telephone.
* Handling cash transactions efficiently.
* Supporting venue operations, including room access, event ushering, and signage placement.
* Overseeing general security, including opening and closing the facility.
* Act as a Warden/Chief Warden of the Cultural Centre in the event of an emergency
What You Will Bring
* Previous experience in supervising, guiding and supporting staff
* Proven administrative ability with strong public contact skills.
* Experience in cash handling and use of cash register/eftpos equipment.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Capacity to learn and use specialist venue software.
* A current First Aid Certificate.
* A current driver’s licence.
* A current Victorian Working with Children’s Check (WWCC).
