Job Overview
A highly skilled IT professional is needed to serve as a subject matter expert in the ServiceNow platform, focusing on best practices and application development lifecycle.
They will collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and provide solutions to business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the HRSD support team by providing expertise and guidance.
* Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions for the ServiceNow portal, JavaScript, and UI Page.
* Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outage, system maintenance, testing, etc.
Qualifications
Essential qualifications include:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
* At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, enhancements, and implementation.
* Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow HRSD.
Additional qualifications include:
* Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service portal, integration, reporting.
* Excellent analytical and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
