Manager, Customer Relationships will establish and maintain high quality business and customer relationships with the Supply Chain Branches (SCB) internal and external customers, by providing leadership to the Customer Relationship Management Team. This role reports to the Director, Strategy, Partnerships and Improvement has a state-wide focus collaborating with the 16 Hospital and Health Services, Department of Health Divisions and Commercialised Business Units, and other Whole of Government agencies to facilitate effective relationship management across the Supply Chain Branch.

Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain high-quality business and customer relationships.

Qualifications
* Possession of professional or tertiary level qualifications in relevant areas such as financial management and policy, accountancy, business management, project or change management will be favourably regarded.
Role Fit
* Knowledge of relevant challenges in the current health setting including key issues facing the Queensland Health supply chain.
* Project management skills and the ability to identify and implement business process improvement initiatives.
* Demonstrated ability in the compilation, management, evaluation and reporting of Supply Chain management KPI's in a large complex service delivery environment.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, utilise discretion, meet deadlines, establish priorities and work as an effective member of a team.
* Demonstrated knowledge of, and commitment to, the principles and practices of employment equity, ethical conduct and workplace health and safety and to promote a workplace that is free from discrimination and harassment.
* Highly developed interpersonal, liaison, communication, consultation, facilitation, and negotiation skills at all levels to cultivate productive internal and external networks, partnerships and working relationships.
* Capability in leading and managing a multi-function team, developing strategies and continuous improvement activities.
* Flexibility to work and travel between Queensland Health sites at short notice.
* Proven ability to prepare work of a high standard within tight deadlines.
