Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Officer located in Dalby, QLD. The Payroll Officer will be responsible for processing client payroll accurately and on time, maintaining records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and preparing payroll reports. Additional tasks include addressing payroll inquiries, calculating taxes and deductions, and assisting with payroll reconciliations.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Payroll Processing
* Strong skills in Data Entry, Record Management, and Attention to Detail
* Competence in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software
* Effective Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Prior experience in payroll or accounting roles is preferred
* Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or relevant qualifications will be an advantage
* A willingness to stay updated on relevant regulations and procedures
