**_ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE_**
- As the Store Manager you will:_
- Offer exceptional customer service; providing an exceptional experience in store and beyond.
- Create and ensure superior visual merchandising standards within the store
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and other KPI's
- Develop in depth product knowledge and foster this level of knowledge in your team.
- Assist with the training, development and succession of your performing sales team
- Contribute your energy and enthusiasm to a positive team environment
- Be a brand ambassador for this label; embodying company culture and philosophy

- Ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
