Our organization is seeking an exceptional Senior Clinical/Forensic or Neuro Psychologist to lead our team of professionals in providing cutting-edge psychological care. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a complex caseload, guiding service evaluation, and mentoring fellow clinicians.
* The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in psychological assessment, case formulation, and intervention for adults and adolescents with severe mental illness, drug and alcohol concerns, and/or neurodivergent disorders.
* They will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, advocacy, interpersonal skills, consultation-liaison skills, and writing a range of clinical and operational documentation.
* Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate high-level organizational, prioritization, and time management skills in an environment of competing clinical demands.
* A current driver's license and willingness to use a vehicle for work-related travel are also essential requirements.
