Senior Governance Professional
We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager to lead the development and implementation of prudential governance and risk management policies. As part of our Risk Transformation Program, you will work closely with leaders across the business to enhance frameworks, policies, and standards.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the annual prudential standard attestation process.
* Drive improvements in policies and standards; ensure regulatory compliance is met.
* Advise document owners, guide the approval and publication of policies, and partner with the Risk Management Team to deliver value across the organization.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
About You
* Experience in financial services, ideally banking, with strong understanding of risk management and prudential standards.
* Degree in Commerce, Business, Law, or similar; strong attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.
* Natural communicator; able to prepare clear briefs for senior stakeholders.
* Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint); knowledge of Service Now is an advantage.
