The Role:
* Administering and tracking lease and licence agreements with major shopping centres
* Liaising with centre managers and landlords to follow up approvals and documentation
* Keeping accurate records of agreements, renewals, expiries, and key milestones
* Supporting the Retail Property Manager with document prep, correspondence, and internal reporting
* Ensuring compliance with lease conditions and coordinating with internal teams across states
The Candidate:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in retail lease administration or property support
* Familiarity with shopping centre operations and stakeholder management
* Experience working with retailers or retail landlords is highly desirable
* Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
* A proactive, organised mindset with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Solid MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word
