Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized educational plans that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social-emotional growth and academic achievement.
* Monitor and record the progress of children, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these gaps.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
