We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead and drive our retail branch, being the face of the organization in the community.
In this role, you will build strong relationships with customers and partners, partner with local businesses, and participate in initiatives to increase awareness of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the overall performance of the branch through coaching and mentoring, leadership, and direction.
* Drive sales activity to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities.
* Deliver a consistent and engaging customer experience to our customers and partners.
* Ensure that standards, procedures, and systems remain in place across the branch.
* Manage performance and strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider Retail division.
