What you'll do:
* Take full ownership of a structured portfolio and manage day‑to‑day operations confidently.
* Provide clear legislative and governance advice that helps committees make informed decisions.
* Lead well‑prepared AGMs, EGMs, and committee meetings with professional communication.
* Coordinate maintenance, planning, and operational workflows with a solutions‑focused approach.
* Partner with ASMs and internal teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
* Maintain strong workflow management, accurate documentation, and system usage to maximise efficiency.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience managing a strata or body corporate portfolio, including meeting leadership and committee advisory.
* Confident understanding of the BCCM Act and the ability to apply legislation to real scenarios with sound judgment.
* Clear communication skills, particularly in sensitive or difficult situations.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Solid financial capability, including budgeting, levy planning, and explaining financial impacts clearly.
* Proficient with strata technology and a disciplined approach to notes, documentation, task management, etc.
