Oversee day-to-day operational risk processes, including capturing and resolving risk incidents, tracking key risk metrics, facilitating risk and control assessments, and reviewing third-party and outsourcing risks. Collaborate closely with business units to support the design and implementation of effective risk controls. Build and maintain a framework for control assurance testing to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management practices.
