Established in 2014, UTS Clinical Psychology was developed to meet significant demand for postgraduate education in clinical psychology. Underpinned by research evidence and focusing strongly on current developments in clinical practice, UTS Clinical Psychology offers a contemporary, clinically based course that allows candidates to explore their particular area of interest while establishing them firmly in their chosen career path. More recently a comprehensive Level 1&2 programs have been developed incorporating the latest innovations in developing the foundational competencies of the Discipline. About the role We have an opportunity for a Research Associate to work on the RESET Trial project that includes telehealth delivery of a vocational support program to stroke survivors. The RESET Trial - "Enhancing work participation after stroke: supporting regional and rural Australians" is a randomised control trial comparing a telehealth delivered work support program targeting work ability after a stroke to treatment as usual. The Research Associate will be required to deliver the telehealth support program to individuals who have experienced a stroke and are currently working or planning to return to work. About You As a Research Associate you will have experience in vocational rehabilitation, along with at least two years clinical experience. To be successful in this role you will also have:
• Qualifications as an Allied health clinician, rehabilitation counsellor or psychologist
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills across different stakeholder groups and colleagues
• Experience liaising with multidisciplinary clinicians, service providers, employers and family of clients.
• Experience working with people with stroke – desirable

Remuneration
Base Salary Range: $94,152 - $114,672 p.a. (Level A) (pro-rata) This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary. The position is part-time (0.4 FTE, 2 days per week) and will be made on a fixed-term basis until July 2029.
